Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using MYai products, The Scene, or ions-myai.world ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

MYai provides on-device AI companion software, a live music community (The Scene), cloud storage, and related tools. The AI runs on your device — we do not process your conversations on our servers.

3. Accounts

You may use some features without an account (including guest ticket purchases on The Scene). For subscriptions, you need a MYai ID which can be generated locally in your browser or app.

4. Subscriptions & Pricing

Weekly subscriptions are billed through Stripe (website) or Apple/Google (app stores) at the same price. MYai Core: $1.99/week. User classes: $0.99/week each. Blast Pass: $7.00/week. Buy 3 user classes, get 1 free. 33% Forever Promise commissions apply to website (Stripe) purchases only. You may cancel at any time — no annual contracts.

5. The Scene Ticketing

The Scene charges an 11.11% service fee on ticket purchases. Tickets are digital, delivered via QR code. Ticket transfers and resale are subject to event-specific policies set by the event organizer.

6. Forever Promise Referrals

Referring users to website subscriptions earns you 33% of their subscription revenue, paid weekly, for as long as they remain subscribers. This applies to website purchases only. MYai reserves the right to modify the referral program with 30 days notice.

7. Your Data

MYai AI runs on your device. We do not have access to your AI conversations, files, or personal data stored in your local MYai Cloud. Server-side data (account info, subscription status, ticket purchases) is processed per our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for illegal purposes, (b) attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models, (c) resell subscriptions or access, (d) use automated tools to scrape The Scene event data, (e) create fraudulent tickets or accounts.

9. Intellectual Property

MYai, The Scene, IONS, and related marks are owned by MYai. Content you create with MYai tools belongs to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." MYai is not liable for data loss on your device, event cancellations, or third-party actions. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
