Privacy Policy

The short version
Your AI companion runs entirely on your device. We cannot read your conversations, see your files, or access your personal data. The only data that touches our servers is what you explicitly send (subscriptions, ticket purchases, account info).
1. What we collect
On your device (we never see this): AI conversations, documents, photos, health data, browsing history, Cloud files. All processed locally by MYai's on-device AI.
On our servers (necessary for the service):
- MYai ID (anonymous identifier for purchases)
- Subscription status and billing info (processed by Stripe)
- Ticket purchases on The Scene (event, amount, delivery)
- Forever Promise referral data (who referred whom)
- Basic analytics (page views, not personal data)
2. What we do NOT collect
- Your AI conversations — ever
- Your files, documents, or photos
- Your browsing history in MYai Browser
- Your health or fitness data from Fit Sync
- Your location (except approximate region for event recommendations, with your permission)
3. Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe (website) or Apple/Google (app stores). We never see or store your full credit card number. Stripe handles PCI compliance.
4. The Scene
Guest checkout is available — you can buy tickets without creating an account. We store the minimum data needed to deliver your tickets: email for delivery, payment confirmation, and event details.
5. Cookies
We use minimal cookies: a session identifier for checkout and your MYai ID (stored in localStorage, not sent to any server except during checkout). No advertising cookies. No tracking pixels from third parties.
6. Third parties
We share data only with: Stripe (payments), Apple/Google (app store purchases). We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else.
7. IONS Network
MYai uses the IONS (Intelligent Operating Network System) for encrypted data sync between your devices. Your data is encrypted with keys only you hold. We cannot decrypt your synced data.
8. Data deletion
You can delete your data at any time: uninstall the app (removes all local data), or request server-side deletion through the account portal. We honor deletion requests within 30 days.
9. Children
MYai is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes
We will post changes here. Material changes will be communicated through the app.
