Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to permanently delete your MYai / The Scene account and all associated data.
Option 1 — Delete from the App
- Open The Scene app on your device.
- Go to Settings (gear icon in the top-right).
- Scroll down and tap Account & Privacy.
- Tap Delete My Account.
- Confirm by tapping "Yes, Delete Everything".
Your account and all data will be queued for permanent deletion immediately.
Option 2 — Request via Email
If you can no longer access the app, send an email to:
privacy@myaiuser22.com
Include the following in your email:
- Subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Your MYai ID (found in Settings → About) or the email address linked to your account
- Confirmation that you want all data permanently deleted
We will process your request within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your MYai ID and account profile
- Email address (if provided)
- Subscription and payment records
- Event listings you created
- Ticket purchase history
- UserVerse social identity data
- SuperFan progress and preferences
- All server-side data associated with your account
⚠ This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Backup data may persist for up to 90 days before automatic deletion. Active subscriptions should be cancelled through your app store before requesting deletion.
Deletion Timeline
- Immediate: Account is deactivated; you can no longer sign in.
- Within 30 days: All personal data is purged from active systems.
- Within 90 days: All backup/archive copies are permanently deleted.
